Nourishing ourselves means taking care of our emotional, social and physical needs.

At be Collaborative Care, we are dedicated to support all of these parts of you. Together we untangle the web of emotions and eating patterns that have become intertwined.

Through an individualized approach we gently challenge you beyond your comfort zone and help nourish you fully.

recovery is possible

Beginning treatment is not easy and takes a lot of strength and courage. At be Collaborative Care, we guarantee treatment that is productive, encouraging, and comprehensive. We are dedicated to ensuring you feel equipped and supported to confidently take on real life experiences. Whether it’s practicing certain challenging tasks (i.e. meal supports, grocery shopping, cooking, eating out, etc.) or understanding better ways of connecting with friends and loved ones, we’re here to see you through all aspects of the recovery process. We believe recovery is possible if you begin.

a focus on healing from within

be Collaborative Care helps people learn to connect to their emotions and shift anxiety and worry to curiosity and understanding about your eating behavior. This connection + understanding = increased awareness and comfort experiencing the feelings that many try to ignore or push away. Once inner connection is improved, people then learn to be vulnerable by expressing their emotions outward and letting themselves be seen and cared for. Our team understands that connecting with your emotions, learning to be vulnerable, and transforming the way you relate to family, friends and yourself is not a simple feat. But that is how true, lasting healing can occur, and we are wholeheartedly dedicated to getting you there. We use a combination of integrated therapies and teaching skills and tools to help reframe thoughts including:

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)

  • Interpersonal Therapy (IPT)

  • Nutritional therapy

  • Complimentary treatments such as art therapy, journaling, yoga, & mindfulness practices
