intensive outpatient programs

The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a supported, mixed-gender recovery program for individuals 18 years of age and older with anorexia, bulimia, binge-eating disorder, compulsive overexercise, and ARFID. This transitional level of care is for those who need to step down from a higher level of care or for those who may need more support than a weekly outpatient appointment. We offer morning and evening programs that take place up to five days a week.

IOP Schedule

Morning and Evening IOPs meet 5 days a week, with breakfast and dinner meal support during the week and lunch meal support on Saturday, as well as group therapy sessions each day of the program. Groups vary throughout the week and address key issues such as the development of healthy coping skills and self-acceptance, body acceptance, and discovering and strengthening your healthy voice. We want to help you fill your recovery toolbox and build a solid foundation to move forward with effective and meaningful resources for you to thrive.
